I'm now not practicing sports and very lazy to do it. Previously during schools and undergraduate studies, I'm very committed with sports. During my undergraduates, I was always jogging around 10 km a day. Today, I'm not fits anymore and tired when jogging even 10 meters. I can't move my body. This year 2008, so I was really stop from active movement since 3 years ago. Now my weight become increasing and reach 90+ kg.
I should force my body and mind to healthy activities. Like 10 years ago or even 4 years ago. I should active back Taekwondo.....like a picture below....So I advice especially to my students, don't stop from sports.....It hard to start again.....The only sports that I still play is Bowling..
